Morgan Uber

Patriot League, Patriot League Network Correspondent

Morgan Uber joined the Patriot League in September 2016 as the correspondent for the Patriot League Network. She serves as the Patriot League Network’s primary on-camera host in addition to producing stories featuring student-athletes, coaches, and programs within the League’s Member Institutions. During basketball and lacrosse seasons, Uber produces features for CBS Sports Network which air during halftime of Patriot League games. She also works as a sideline reporter for the PLN-partner Stadium.

Uber spent parts of two years working as a freelance reporter for Fox Sports Midwest, where she covered the Kansas City Royals during the team's 2015 World Series Championship season.

For three years, between 2012 and 2015, Uber worked as a reporter, anchor, and producer at KOMU-TV (NBC affiliate) in Columbia, Missouri. She was also part of the Target 8 Investigative Team that looked into the eventual relocation of the St. Louis Rams, earning national attention from Bleacher Report. Uber was honored with a Kansas City Press Club 2016 Heart of America Award for sports reporting.

A native of Dallas, Texas, Uber graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor's degree in journalism with an emphasis in radio-television. While at Missouri, she was a member of the Radio Television Digital News Association and VP of the Association for Women in Sports Media.
