Josh Shibler

As VP for Comprehensive Technical Group, Josh Shibler brings professional leadership and extensive experience to his team and clients. With 20 years in the industry, Shibler leverages the combination of a technical leadership and project management background to bring a practical, yet refined approach to his work at CTG. He prides himself on being equally comfortable in both the control room and a conference room.

Shibler joined CTG in 2007 as a project manager. He eventually took on the role of integration manager and later VP of strategic accounts, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the installation and project management teams. Shibler was promoted to VP of CTG to further strengthen growth efforts across all channels. In addition to his extensive expertise with design & build, installation, audio & lighting, and video & production systems, Shibler has multi-faceted knowledge of design documentation, design suites, sound system renovation, and broadcasting.

Shibler was the project executive for the Memphis Grizzlies, leading the sales and design efforts for their HD control room, as well as the centralized routing and control systems for the in-venue scoreboards. Also, he is currently leading the installation of a new NBA replay control room system. This system will be the first 1080p SMPTE 2110 IP-based routing solution to be implemented in the broadcast sports market.
